This role is for a lead generation specialist generating BDM meetings with new UK businesses, managing the pipeline, and ensuring CRM and quality standards are met..

The successful candidate will contribute to the team by delivering the high level of technical customer support service, delivering on Tela’s values of providing exceptional customer care.

Key Objectives

Focus on developing opportunities for Business Development Managers selling mobile and fixed propositions across the UK.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities Include:

  • Working to an individual monthly appointment target
  • Contacting organisations that are not customers of Tela Technology, to arrange a meeting for a Business Development Manager to attend and discuss their communication requirements
  • Building a pipeline of potential appointments
  • Ensure the CRM is updated with each call
  • Work to a meeting validation process to ensure a quality approach
  • Proactively promoting the Tela Technology brand

Working Practices:

Required Experience

  • Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-13:00 (full time, part time options available)
  • Hybrid working; Tues-Thurs in Hampton in Arden, Mondays & Friday’s from home

  • Basic salary between £24,000 - £28,000
